01. The Local-First Oath

KILTER is architected as a "Closed Loop." Your habits, failures, "Bridge" tasks, and triggers are stored exclusively on your physical device using an encrypted local database. We do not maintain a central database of your personal struggles. If you delete the app, your data vanishes.

02. Telemetry & Logic

To improve system stability, we utilize:

• — Umami Analytics: Privacy-focused, cookie-less web traffic analysis.
• — Firebase Analytics: Anonymous technical events (crashes, session duration).

*NOTE: No habit-specific text or "Trigger" descriptions are ever sent to these services.

03. Biometrics

App Lock features utilize your device's native biometric hardware (FaceID/TouchID). KILTER never accesses, stores, or transmits your biometric data.
